Kristy began her career as the Operations Manager for Jackson/Ace Home Services in July 2022. In her first seven months, she developed and managed much of the inventory and fleet processes. Currently, Kristy is responsible for building, coaching, and leading day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to fostering employee growth and personal development. Kristy was one of eight individuals to graduate from Ace’s first leadership class through Aliniti. Before joining Jackson/Ace Home Services, Kristy gained experience in accounting, sales, HR, and facilities and asset management. Her focus on team building and employee growth has enabled her to implement monthly department activities and additional training resources, ensuring a seamless transition from strategic vision to day-to-day tactical execution, providing clarity and alignment within the organization. Born and raised in Hartselle, AL, Kristy enjoys spending her free time with her supportive husband and two beautiful children. Outside of work, she can often be found coaching her children on the baseball field, camping, backpacking, hunting, or playing slow-pitch softball, her favorite pastime.
