Kristy began her career as the Operations Manager for Jackson/Ace Home Services in July 2022. In her first seven months, she developed and managed much of the inventory and fleet processes. Currently, Kristy is responsible for building, coaching, and leading day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to fostering employee growth and personal development. Kristy was one of eight individuals to graduate from Ace’s first leadership class through Aliniti. Before joining Jackson/Ace Home Services, Kristy gained experience in accounting, sales, HR, and facilities and asset management. Her focus on team building and employee growth has enabled her to implement monthly department activities and additional training resources, ensuring a seamless transition from strategic vision to day-to-day tactical execution, providing clarity and alignment within the organization. Born and raised in Hartselle, AL, Kristy enjoys spending her free time with her supportive husband and two beautiful children. Outside of work, she can often be found coaching her children on the baseball field, camping, backpacking, hunting, or playing slow-pitch softball, her favorite pastime.

Hillary Owens has embarked on an inspiring journey in her career, returning to our company as the Customer Success and Marketing Manager. Originally joining us in 2013, she made the bold decision to move to Atlanta to pursue opportunities in the music industry, an experience that greatly enriched her professional skills and culminated in her achieving a Grammy in 2022. Now, with 16 years of diverse experience, Hillary has rejoined our team as of October 2023, eager to apply her expertise in company branding and enhancing customer satisfaction. Hillary possesses a unique ability to motivate her colleagues and foster an environment where everyone can excel. Her leadership style not only uplifts those around her but also encourages a culture of collaboration and creativity. Outside of work, Hillary’s adventurous spirit shines brightly. She has a passion for traveling, attending concerts and comedy shows, and keeping up with the latest trends in shopping and fashion. Hillary also treasures the time spent with her family and friends, particularly her beloved nephew, Kashton. Her vibrant personality and dedication make her a tremendous asset to our company and its mission.

Lindsey Harpe joined our company as an Accountant in August 2023, bringing with her 8 years of valuable experience in the field. Originally from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, Lindsey is passionate about using her skills to enhance the financial wellbeing of our business. She has been happily married to her husband Mike for 6 years, and together they are proud parents to three wonderful children: Brantley, Amelia, and Nora. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys indulging in her hobbies, which include crafting, gardening, and cooking. She also loves the thrill of chasing her kids on four wheelers, creating memorable adventures with her family. Lindsey’s commitment to both her professional and personal life makes her a fantastic addition to our team.

Hannah Smith has been a valuable part of our team since June 2018, serving as our Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher. With a solid 7 years of experience in her field, she excels in her role by providing exceptional support to our customers, meticulously reviewing invoices, and tackling any challenges that arise as a dedicated problem solver. Outside of work, Hannah is a dedicated mother to her three children—Laikyn, Layne, and Baylor. In her free time, she enjoys hitting the gym, taking vacations to the beach, indulging her coffee addiction, and cherishing moments spent with family and friends. Her passion for helping others, both at work and in her personal life, truly makes her a remarkable asset to our company.

McKenzie Bowen is a dedicated member of our team, serving as one of our Customer Service Representatives since January 2021. With 5 years of experience in customer service, she takes great pride in helping our customers and ensuring their satisfaction, embodying the values we hold dear as a company. Outside of work, McKenzie shares a joyful life with her husband, Curtis, whom she has been married to for 6 years. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Averie and Hadley, who keep their lives lively and full of love. In her spare time, McKenzie enjoys going on vacations, exploring the outdoors, and creating cherished memories with family and friends. Her commitment to both her work and her loved ones makes McKenzie a valued member of our team and an inspiration to those around her.

Andy Olive has been a dedicated plumbing professional since 1997, bringing a wealth of experience to our team since he joined in 2005. As a Master Plumber and Journeyman Gas Fitter, Andy specializes in tankless and heat pump water heaters, showcasing his expertise in innovative plumbing solutions. Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife Jada, his two children, and their dogs. Additionally, Andy embraces adventure as an avid skydiver, adding excitement to his life beyond his plumbing career.

Griffen Steelman joined our company in 2014 and has since become a valuable member of our team. As a Master Plumber and Journeyman Gas Fitter, he consistently demonstrates exceptional skill and dedication in his work. In recognition of his outstanding leadership capabilities, Griffen completed the prestigious Excellence in Leadership program in 2022. His commitment to mentorship was acknowledged with Mentorship Awards in both 2023 and 2024, reflecting his passion for guiding and supporting his colleagues. In 2024, Griffen married his lovely wife, and together they share their lives with two beloved dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and is an active participant in his podcast, where he shares his insights and experiences. Griffen’s contributions extend beyond his technical expertise; he embodies the spirit of collaboration within our company. We are proud to have him as part of our team!

Keith “Iceman” Livingston has been an integral part of our team since June 2016, serving as our dedicated Septic Manager. He holds a State Certified Basic Field Line Installers License as well as a Class A CDL License, which showcases his expertise in the field. Iceman possesses a wealth of skills in both installing and pumping septic tanks, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Married to his wife Brie, Keith is a proud father of four and a doting grandfather to seven grandchildren. In his leisure time, he enjoys cherishing moments with his family and teaching kids at church, sharing his knowledge and values. Additionally, Iceman has a passion for hunting and frequently embarks on mission trips around the world, offering his support to those in need. His commitment to both his work and community makes him a remarkable asset to our company and a cherished member of our team.

Randy Caudle is a valuable member of our team, serving as a Septic Technician for the past two years. Before joining our company, Randy had a career as an occupational therapist, which has equipped him with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of customer care. In his role, Randy specializes in pumping septic tanks and maintaining septic systems, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work make him an asset to our company. Outside of work, Randy is passionate about cars. He enjoys working on them, attending car shows, and sharing his enthusiasm with fellow car enthusiasts. Gage Ruiz has proven to be an invaluable asset to our plumbing team during his nearly two years with the company. His dedication and skills were recognized in 2024 when he received the Rising Star Award, highlighting his exceptional contributions as an apprentice plumber. Before venturing into the plumbing trade, Gage gained experience as an assistant at a funeral home, where he developed a strong sense of empathy and professionalism. In 2024, Gage also celebrated a personal milestone by marrying his wife, Jailyn. Balancing work and personal life, he enjoys spending his spare time working on his podcast, where he likely shares insights and stories from both his plumbing experiences and life in general. He cherishes quality time with his family and friends, further demonstrating his commitment to building strong relationships both personally and professionally. Gage’s diverse background and passion for his craft make him a rising star in our industry, and we look forward to seeing his continued growth and success.

Jonathan Ransom joined our company in July 2020 and currently serves as both the Heating & Cooling Manager and Heating & Cooling Salesman. His commitment to excellence is demonstrated through his NARS Training Certification and EPA certification. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Jonathan was honored with the 2023 Outstanding Sales Excellence Award. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active through exercise, playing music, and exploring new restaurants with his wife, Emily. His diverse interests and strong professional credentials make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Heath Brister is our Lead HVAC Installer, bringing nearly three years of valuable experience to our company. Known for his exceptional people skills, he is dedicated to helping customers and ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Heath is extremely detail-oriented, which contributes to the high quality of work he consistently delivers. In his spare time, he is an active musician and enjoys playing the bass. He loves spending time with his family and friends, often performing with his bands. At home, Heath shares his life with three beloved cats. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team, where his passion for both HVAC and music adds a unique touch to our work environment.

Alex Hames is one of our skilled HVAC Installers, having joined our company two years ago. Before transitioning to installation, he gained valuable experience in the HVAC maintenance field, which enriches his expertise and contributes to his effectiveness in his current role. In his spare time, Alex is passionate about music and enjoys playing the drums. Recently married, he and his spouse share their home with three beloved cats, reflecting his caring nature both at home and work. We’re proud to have Alex on our team, where his dedication and enthusiasm for his craft shine through in every project he tackles.

Sean Lawrence is our HVAC Technician and Service Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience to our team. Although he joined our company in 2024, he has an impressive 30 years of expertise in the HVAC industry. Sean holds an HVAC Contractors License, showcasing his commitment to professionalism and excellence in his field. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music and cherishing quality time with his daughter and their beloved German shepherd. We’re grateful to have Sean on our team, where he combines his passion for HVAC with a personal touch that reflects his dedication to customer satisfaction.

Jessica Matheny became a valued member of our team in December 2024, stepping into the role of Customer Service Representative. While this is her first experience in the home services industry, she has brought over 15 years of customer service expertise to our company, equipping her with the skills necessary to provide exceptional support to our clients. Currently pursuing her associate degree in Business at Wallace State Community College, Jessica is committed to her professional and personal growth. She has been happily married for 10 years and is the proud mother of a 5-year-old son named Bentley. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys creating memories with her family, indulging her creative side through painting, and attending concerts. Her enthusiasm for life and dedication to both her work and family make her a wonderful addition to our team.

John “Casper” Garrison is our experienced Septic Technician, bringing 21 years of expertise to the field, with six of those years dedicated to our company. He holds a professional license from the Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board, a Class A CDL license, and an apprentice plumbing license, underscoring his extensive qualifications in septic systems, septic pumping, and grinder pumps. In addition to his technical skills, Casper is proficient in operating various heavy equipment. Casper has been happily married to his wife, Natoshia, for 10 years, and together they have a loving family with six children: Clayton, Janzen, Tavish, Willow, Faith, and Promise, along with one granddaughter. In his spare time, Casper enjoys fishing and hunting, as well as spending quality time with his family. He is also an active volunteer at the Wheeler Wildlife Refuge, showcasing his commitment to the community and love for the outdoors. His combination of professional expertise and personal values makes him a cherished member of our team.

Daniel Moore is one of our dedicated HVAC Technicians, having been with our company for two years. He has completed his NARS HVAC certification, which reflects his commitment to maintaining high industry standards. Daniel is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, which allows him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with his cats. We appreciate Daniel’s contributions to our team and his ability to connect with our clients, providing them with exceptional service.
